reverse calculation is the move. i use the amount that gives me exactly 10 units. depends on the dose and what's in each vial. if you're stacking multiple, easier to pick your injection size and work backwards to find the right dilution.
 
With higher or more frequent doses, take daily oral TMG like mentioned before. Got mine on Amazon for ten bucks, Nutricost brand.
