Diet Soda While on Ozempic?

Ok, I know it's not healthy, but can you still drink Diet Pepsi while taking Ozempic? Appreciate any insights!

Since starting Ozempic, I haven't felt sick from any specific food or drink. The only times I've felt ill is when I've overeaten. As long as I stop when I'm adequately satisfied, I can eat whatever I like.

People who bash diet soda conveniently forget that regular soda is way worse! All that sugar is terrible for you, but for some reason, diet soda gets all the hate.

Personally, I get these really awful burps through my nose (??!??) with anything carbonated while on Ozempic, but your mileage may vary!

I regularly drink Diet Coke and haven't had any trouble losing weight. I do shake it up to reduce the fizz first, otherwise I get bloated. I'm probably weird, though, because I can't burp, so it might be different for others!

I don't think I could live without soda. I drink sugar-free versions of everything and even use a soda stream to make my own. Still losing weight, so no issues for me!

So it sounds like most people are ok with diet soda. But I'm wondering, has anyone had trouble tolerating other foods, like protein? I've been seeing some stuff online about that.

I've noticed I'm craving sweets more than usual. Like, I could eat cake all day, but a grilled chicken breast sounds awful. Is that just me?

I've been finding that healthy foods just don't appeal to me as much anymore. Pre-oz, I was all about salads and veggies, but now I'd rather have some popcorn.

Glad I'm not alone!
