DIY bac water - am I nuts?

Still gotta order it. Saw it shouldn't have side effects even at higher doses. When do you start? I'm trying to decide between a single vial or buying the kit.
 
Hospira's the gold standard, tested, proven. Chinese vendors? Can't trust 'em. You can use it, sure, but it's never been tested since vendors don't profit off bac water.
 
New to this scene and doing lots of research. Quick testing question: if I buy multiple kits same product/size, do I send one vial to test or one per kit? And for splitting a vial mid-recon—worth it?
 
The stopper blowback from over-pressuring is a common enough incident that it's worth knowing how to prevent - injecting air in to draw without balancing the pressure against withdrawal creates a pressure differential that the stopper can't always hold. The technique fix is to inject equal volumes or better still, to insert a vent needle first to equalize before drawing.
