Do *you* see the difference?

Unless I put the pics side by side, I swear I still look the same. Started in mid-June around 225, now I'm hovering at 194. So, like, 31 pounds gone. Does it hit you later? Or do we always see the 'before' version of ourselves?

Thanks for posting! Quick reminder: no discussing non-approved versions of these meds or trying to buy/sell anything. If someone PMs you offering something, ignore them!

Wowza! You look fantastic! Seriously, if you need the reminder, keep those comparison pics handy. Looking good! 😊

I see a HUGE change in you! Total glow-up! For me, it took losing like 55-60 pounds before I noticed it myself. Even in pictures. Now I'm at my goal, down 90 pounds total. It's so trippy. I look back at old pictures and don't even recognize myself at that size.

I can see it when I'm dressed. Not so much when I'm not, lol. It's bizarre to see myself like this. I went on a cruise a while back and they automatically gave me a medium life jacket. Should've asked for a small, it was too big and annoying. But I didn't even think to question the size!

Okay, before reading any comments, my first thought was: total glow-up! Looks like everyone else agrees! Amazing job! Keep it up!

I'm really curious about the mental health aspect of this journey... I feel like it would make such a positive impact overall. Has anyone else noticed big changes in their energy levels and overall quality of life?

Here's my journey! Started at 275 and now I am down to 160!
That's amazing! Do you have any specific way of eating/exercise routine that you followed alongside the meds? I need some advice about what to do next.

I try to eat a balanced diet, focusing on protein. As for exercise, I mostly do walking and some light strength training. Nothing too crazy!
