Does 100 lbs look like this?

Gotta say no way to this narrative. Presenting a story like that in just 6 weeks isn't realistic and sets false expectations. Starting photo at 227 checks out fine. But claiming 202 with that waistline? The math breaks. At 5'5" and 202, you'd still be classified as obese category 1, almost borderline cat 2. You'd need another 40 down to match those final shots at this height. I say this from lived experience - started where you did at 227, now sit at 157 at the same measurement.

Was plateau'd for six weeks straight until I added strength training twice weekly and got my protein up to 140g. Scale started moving again after that, about 3 pounds in two weeks. Was just cutting calories instead of building lean mass. What's your current workout routine?

That's such a transformation! The whole look has changed too - you're really putting yourself out there with fresh style choices. Must feel incredible.

Feel you on that. Started getting what felt like actual panic or heart stuff but docs ruled it out after checking multiple times. Stuff that's helped a ton: water intake is huge, potassium pills, magnesium supplements (all types work, but avoid nighttime or prepare for wild dreams), zero alcohol. That combination basically killed it for me.

Amazon has swim leggings with built in skirts that work great. They also sell those tshirt style swim tops which ive grabbed both of and theyre awesome. Looks like im heading to yoga but its actually a full swimsuit situation.

90 lbs in a year on low dose is rare - the visual change at that scale is hard to process from the inside even when it's clearly visible to others.

90 lbs on low dose is genuinely uncommon - the visual change at that scale is hard to argue with regardless of what the scale says.
