Does 100 lbs look like this?

If you're not seeing it yourself, remember the 'paper towel effect.' The more you lose, the harder it is to notice the difference.

I've lost about 55 lbs over the last year. Fat came off places I didn't even know existed! My shoes are loose and my wedding ring is swimming on my finger. Things are definitely different in the bedroom! You definitely lost 100lbs, looking amazing!

Honestly, it doesn't seem like 100 lbs to me either, but I also don't think I look 295 in the first pic. Great job on the weight loss!

My clothes are the same size even after losing 50 lbs, but my face, hands, and feet look way different! Weight loss can be strange, but you're healthier now and reduced your risk of diabetes, heart issues, and other related illnesses. Congrats!

100 lbs is huge! I'm at 90, and I don't see it either. I think it's psychological. I'm coming up on a year in April. I hope I'm at 100 by then. I feel great, but my brain hasn't caught up.

Weight loss changes size, but not necessarily shape. Muscle building is what reshapes the body. There's a clear difference in these pictures! Awesome work!

Maybe our expectations of what -100lbs *should* look like are off. I've lost almost 100, but I don't think people would guess that. They'd probably say I lost like 40.

Speaking of NSVs, I had to buy new clothes, and I was shocked I could fit into a smaller size than I thought! It's an amazing feeling.
