Does chest skin ever tighten back up after weight loss?

Question for the ladies who've lost a lot. I've read that skin takes a year to 18 months to pull in as much as it will, and that the change can be big. Does that also apply to the chest? I keep seeing people say their breasts got smaller, saggier and deflated, and yes, mine did all of that. What I never see mentioned is vertical wrinkles running down the upper part. Mine showed up around 20 kg lost and have been getting worse with every kilo since. Is anyone else seeing those lines? If so, did they improve over the following year or two once you hit maintenance? I'm starting to think about a lift. I also can't find wrinkles like mine in anyone's before and after pictures, so I'm feeling like the only one with this. Any experience would help a lot.

Last week I got to goal weight. At 60, 243 lbs are behind me. It's not my first go, fifteen years back Weight Watchers took 160 lbs off me, and my skin snapped back better in my forties. Still, it could be much, much worse. First, I'll give it a year. I'll keep exercising, swimming, which I love, plus sit-ups and strength work. My theory is extra muscle could pull the skin tighter. Some improvement is already visible, so I believe it can happen, I just need patience.

Over about 2.5 years I've lost 137lbs (I still want 10-20 more I think). Early on my boob and stomach skin looked crazy, but over time both are tightening up and look better than I feared. Skin does tighten by itself with time, but only up to a point.

At a higher weight I really had no wrinkles. I'm 30+ pounds down now and I've got them, neck, legs, everywhere. I hope some fade as my skin tightens to fit the smaller body, but I'll gladly take wrinkles over what the weight did to my health. And my blood sugar problems are fully controlled!
