Does split injection schedule help when appetite kicks back in?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
So, being the genius that I am, the schedule's been flipped back and forth so many times the body has no clue what dose is actually circulating at this point.

Went from 10mg weekly, to 10mg every five days, to 5mg every three days, to 7mg every three days. At this point it's genuinely unclear whether the tirz amount is even registering anymore. Not gaining, but not losing either, which defeats the whole purpose. Took a two week trip but kept training almost as usual, so some standstill made sense, but the scale's staying put well beyond that too.

So the plan is going back to basics and settling into either a five or seven day rhythm, working the amount up slowly, half a milligram added after each pin until dose and schedule both stabilize.

Which sounds better, five days or seven? Bump the dose up gradually either way?

Food noise and cravings tend to creep back in slowly after day five here, manageable though.

Start weight: 215lb (day one)
Current weight: 198.2lb (day 38)

My reta schedule:
week 1: 1mg every three days, roughly 2.33mg weekly
week 2: same
week 3: same
week 4: same
week 5: same

First two weeks brought rough headaches and fatigue, easing off with more electrolytes and extra sleep helped. Probably should've eased in lower initially.
By week two I'd dropped 10lb.
Week four the scale froze until I got more deliberate with workouts. Headaches and fatigue cleared up entirely by then.
Week five it clearly feels less potent than before, cravings return within a day and a half to two days instead of three, current dose losing effectiveness. Planning to increase soon.

Same height and weight as you, and third injection in at the quarter-milligram level too. Cravings haven't vanished exactly, but I do fill up fast and it's made me really tuned in to my digestion now. So I've slowed down while eating and started being deliberate about upping my fluids and fiber intake to stay full and keep things moving. Honestly at this level I could technically push through and eat more, just don't want to deal with bloating or bathroom trouble every single day. Used this first month to build better habits instead, meal prepping healthy food I can freeze, swapping sweets for better options, settling into a solid routine. That way once the higher dose kicks in, I'm not scrambling to figure all that out at the same time. You mentioned working on that piece too, and I genuinely think that's the whole key. Kind of like therapy in a way. The therapist isn't the one fixing things directly, they're more a reference point guiding you, but most of the actual work happens outside that room.

Would really need the basics first, your age, height, where you started, where you're at now, where you're aiming for, and how long the third compound's been part of your routine.

Relying on three separate medications to accomplish what one might do can make sense sometimes, but it genuinely adds risk, mainly allergic reactions and losing any real ability to pin down which drug caused which symptom.

If the appetite control from the third compound wears off before the week ends, options include raising the amount, spacing doses every five or six days instead, or splitting into twice weekly, any of those could work. Worth trying that route before anything more complicated. Skip it only if side effects at the current amount are already a genuine problem, and even there, smaller more frequent doses often clear that up anyway. With substantial weight still to lose, pushing the amount higher makes sense since you'll likely need to eventually regardless.

Combining several medications from this drug class probably does raise the chances of both familiar and unforeseen side effects. Personally I think that tradeoff is worth it for cases of severe obesity that hasn't responded even at the highest tolerated amounts of the dual-action or third compound, or where side effects cap how far dosing can go, but if it's really just being overweig

Try adding fruit and berries. Studies now cover 20 mg and 25mg of Tirz, so you have headroom to go higher. Tirz is controlled chaos, and the sixth and seventh days are rough for many, so some inject on day 5 or 6 instead. Chaos appeals to me, so I keep to weekly. Should you consider a stack now, holding off for the Eloralintide gold rush this summer is my advice. Tirz has been good to me, higher doses most of all.
