Don't sleep on yogurt

Got the chance to start ozempic about three months back to help cut after a bulk. Worked absolute wonders. Problem with this particular cut is genuinely struggling to stomach chicken and vegetables twice daily like usual. That's created a real challenge hitting protein targets. Yogurt's become the fix. Eating a good amount throughout the day mixed with protein powder, nut butter, fruit. Some days when protein's falling short elsewhere I'll go through even more the same way. Sometimes dip homemade protein snacks in it too. Been doing this a few weeks now with zero side effects noticed, actually fewer stomach cramps than before, and no nausea since switching this approach. Before this I'd force myself through plain chicken breast since real protein mattered more than shakes alone. The nutrition math on greek yogurt for protein delivered is honestly incredible.

Plain greek yogurt's been an absolute lifesaver for me. I mix in granola, berries, or nut butter depending on whether I need more protein or fiber that day.

High protein Greek yogurt, the thick strained kind especially, mixed with fruit, nuts, and some granola or cereal. Stays appetizing even without much of an appetite.
