Dosage jump too big?

OK so I'm in week two, and the schedule says I should inject 0.22 ml (that's 22 units, right?) for these first two weeks, but then jump to 0.44 ml (44 units) in weeks 3 and 4. Am I crazy or does that seem like a huge leap?

did you have much nausea starting at 22 units?
Honestly, not really! I was expecting to feel awful, but so far, so good. Maybe I should just stay at the lower dose longer like some people are saying...

Units can be tricky, it depends on how your medication is measured. When I first started, I had to contact the pharmacy to double-check my calculations to make sure I was dosing correctly.

I've heard of people using expired pens with no prob. If it's clear and was in the fridge, it's probs fine.

I agree, I think a smaller increase might be a smarter move. I know it's tempting to rush the process, but slow and steady wins the race, right?

Some days I hurl, some days I don't. Usually hits one or two days after my shot or just nausea for a bit. Once I'm empty I'm fine. Rinse with water and move on. Don't brush your teeth after though—acid wrecks them. Water or baking soda rinse instead.

Big jumps usually cause trouble for a week or two. Sounds like he's already pretty fit and active, so no need to rush the dose escalation. Dude's crushing it with the exercise routine.

I keep my details in recurring calendar events so I don't lose track. Helps me remember what I'm using, the vial size, my dose, pin volume, and when I reconstituted it. So far: T30, 7.5mg per 0.1ml, mixed on 04.20.2026.

Big time, but I drank too much and flushed everything out. Last two blood work showed low sodium and chloride, I was dehydrated. Now mixing Liquid IV sticks in Gatorade and having one daily. Turns out all that water while dieting flushes the good stuff. Don't overdo the water.
