Dosing chart madness!

I'm in a group chat set up by a supplier. She doesn't post often, but when she does, the info is conservative. But the crazy stuff I see offered by other buyers, and the total lack of knowledge in people who are experimenting, is unbelievable and frustrating. I keep telling people to do their own research and find multiple sources to learn from, but it's like talking to a wall. It would all be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.
 
It really is. I see so many crazy things like this on social media that I have to read them a few times to be sure I'm not imagining it because they're so dangerous. I know some people are new, but the number of people who haven't even done basic research on mixing and dosing before shooting themselves up with mystery powder is mind-boggling.
 
It's interesting that people rush to a therapeutic dose. I plan to try reta (if I can find a good source). I used sema for a few months at .25-.5 (max) and dropped about 25 lbs. I tried .6-.75, but the side effects were too much. Everyone's different, so it's better to be careful.
 
This is why we can't have nice things. Anyone who follows that schedule is sure to end up on social media, reporting live from the ER.
 
I've seen people say they didn't lose anything until they got to 1mg. But I lost like 6 pounds the first couple weeks at .25mg. It varies a LOT person to person.

That's awesome! I've heard of other people having success on really low doses. Maybe you just respond well to it?
 
Yeah, maybe. I think it's also about listening to your body and not rushing to increase the dose if you are still seeing results. I don't see the point in going higher if my body is responding to a lower dose.
 
I've heard some peeps stay on .5 for a long time. I heard one person stayed on it for like... a year and a half? And lost like 70 lbs. If it's working, why rush to change it?
 
Started TRT through my doctor mid-year. Wasn't happy with the prescribed dose—come week 2 I feel terrible. Went rogue and doing 250mg a week myself instead, split Monday and Thursday. Got blood work done today, 48 hours after last pin. Curious what my levels look like. Still stockpiling the prescribed stuff for travel.
 
Your KLOW stack—premixed 50/10/10/10 or DIY? What dose did you end up at? Asking because I'm moving from KPV plus GHK-cu once I run out, curious if the kits you see are legit.
 
Using this with fasting for weight loss, inflammation, brain fog. Been on 0.25mg since September—dropped 35 pounds fasting alone, another 40 with both combined. Low dose covered my goals, didn't need to go higher. Seen tons of folks here jump to max dose then hit resistance. Talk to your doctor about slower titration. Your path will be different from everyone else's.
