Fantastic!!! Keep going! Went from 340 down to 255 myself, so 85 pounds total. Aiming to eventually land around 190-210, meaning another 45-55 to go. What's your approach been for losing yours? Do you allow yourself cheat days at all?

Lost 50 pounds since January. Are you double checking that you're actually running a calorie shortfall daily? That's honestly the one thing I stay consistent about.

Surprised you dropped that much weight eating that many calories daily. My stats are similar but I cap mine at 1700. Averaging about 1.5lb a week.
