Down 100 lbs... Can you believe it?

In my opinion Ozempic really works if whatever eating habits you build while suppressed stick. Been on it for type 2 since August 2022, down 90 pounds. Appetite suppresses at new doses, then creeps back till you increase. Then it creeps again. You have to actually change your eating or the med's useless. Not a doc, just someone who lost 90 and kept it.
 
You've got such great energy shining through. You're clearly someone who carries yourself well regardless of size. Only seventeen pounds left is totally within reach. Really inspirational stuff.
 
25 here, and no, no type 2 diabetes involved! Genuinely dug into every possible explanation for the slow pace, since it got discouraging fast. Worked hard to hold a deficit and eventually started weighing food just to rule out accidentally eating more than realized. Definitely not much of a gym person either, but there's been a real push toward extra movement generally, even something as simple as extra laps around the house or the property.
 
Ive been open about it. Life changing for me, plus diabetes made it necessary. I didnt have many people to tell, but after losing 100lb its obvious by now lol. Good luck!
 
I'm 49f, 5ft 2, started O in August 2023. T2D, and I was 243, pretty heavy. Now I'm 153, so about 90 lbs gone. My diabetes is under control and I'm really happy with it.
