Down 100+ lbs - Feels unreal!

Start weight: 260+ pounds.

Weight today: Under 160!

Goal weight: Aiming for 150ish right now. Then build some muscle and see if 135 is doable.

Thanks, everyone! To answer a few questions, I wasn't working out initially, but I've started some light strength training in the last few months. As for dosage, it was a gradual increase over time, following my doctor's instructions. It's been about 1.5 years total.
