Down 100+lbs! My GLP-1 journey so far

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Starting at 201.6 pounds right now. Haven't felt much effect yet, maybe slight fullness after smaller meals. Looking forward to the journey toward better health and feeling good about my appearance.

Few years back I was on semaglutide and dropped 25 before the med, then another 25-30 on it. Was working out a ton. Soon as I stopped, so did the weight loss. Stayed on it but nothing else came off, just maintained. Don't really remember the exact dose but I'd bumped it a few times. Starting again in a few weeks.

Made me smile. That seat thing is so tangible actual win. Over 100 down is wild getting to normal range is huge.

The dynamic where people in a position of authority use their own medication experience to comment on yours is one of the more uncomfortable parts of having it visible. A boss who is on a GLP-1 stack themselves should know better. 100+ lbs is a genuinely remarkable result and deserves to be celebrated without the commentary.

Max at 10 and stepping back to 5 to stop losing is the maintenance story that shows you can control the pace by adjusting the dose. The long-acting insulin needing to go up at 5mg is the metabolic lever that makes this a more complex picture than just weight. 100+ lbs is a great milestone - what does the T2D picture look like now compared to before starting?
