The food cravings come back sometimes, but not like before. Looking at old pics reminds me how I felt before. I've put on maybe 10 pounds since stopping but I feel great and I'm trying not to obsess over the scale. Just focusing on being healthy.

It's good to hear that you lost so much weight and are doing well! I lost almost 90 lbs way too fast. I lost muscle mass and now I look older than I am. I might try to lift some weights to build myself back up.

Amazing work! Do you have any tips for maintaining your weight after stopping the medication? I plan to stay on it for a while to reach my goal, but eventually wanna stop and maintain. It is scary.

Congrats! What an accomplishment! I've lost about 35 lbs, but need to exercise. I've never worked out before. How did you get started? I'm starting to see loose skin and really want to get healthy. I don't know how to start. I walk for 25 mins a few times a week. I need to start prioritizing myself.

Honestly, I think the biggest thing is not going back to old habits. I still track my calories most days, and I try to stay active. It's a constant effort, but so worth it.

Seeing posts like this gives me hope! I've only been on for 2 months, but I'm already down 15 pounds. My goal is to reach a healthy BMI and then slowly wean off. It's great to see it's possible to maintain.

@Nicky82 that's exactly what I'm afraid of! I definitely need to start lifting weights. Maybe we can find a workout program together?
