Down 100+lbs... scale stalled!

Started at a UK size 28, now a UK 18. Started Mounjaro over a year ago, SW: 346, CW: 239. Went clothes shopping with a mate for the first time in ages and actually managed to buy stuff off the rack! The scale isn't moving much these days, but I think my body is still changing shape. I've been doing a ton of pole fitness, so hopefully, I'm gaining muscle! I feel so much better and more confident. I'm grateful, but sometimes I can't see the difference when I look in the mirror. Still feel like I'm not 'thin' enough sometimes, but I need to remember how much healthier and more active I am than I was a year ago.

You're glowing! Your body is adapting to your healthier lifestyle. If I've learned anything from this group, it's that weight loss isn't linear. As long as you persevere, your body will adjust and you'll start shedding fat again. Are you tracking measurements, photos, and your BMR? What's your current dosage? You should be incredibly proud of your progress over the past year. Would you have believed it if someone had told you this would happen? I'm usually impatient, but I'm surprisingly enjoying the journey, even when it's slower than I'd like. I bet you've had plenty of NSVs along the way!

I thought I was kinda strong until I saw a pole fitness performance.

Much respect, because my forty-something, 350+lb body could never.

Congrats!!! I think there's something to be said for our bodies needing time to reset. In May, I went from 2 workouts a week to 3, upping my strength training to twice a week. The scale didn't budge in June, July, or the first week of August, but I can definitely see that my body is more toned and defined than it's been in years.

I'm down about 60lbs since late Feb. It's been a rollercoaster ride with some side effects, but also some great wins, like losing weight while on vacation in Italy. The biggest benefit for me is how much the medication has quieted the food noise in my head.

I just hit my goal of losing 75lbs since May! Feeling great!

Huge congrats! Did you need to go all the way up to the highest dose, or did you see results along the way with a smaller dose? Also, any tips on other habits that helped, besides the medication?
