Oops! I got the stats a little off. That first pic was taken last year on my bday when I weighed around 335. Yesterday I stepped on the scale and was a much lighter 231!

I always tell people to take before and after pics. It's great to see the scale moving, but the visual difference is so motivating. I'm down 60+ lbs and it's the side-by-side images that really show it!
