Down 100+ pounds! Woot!

Almost a year in... I really hate looking at old photos. I did lose about 40 pounds doing weight watchers over a year, but then hit a wall. Nothing seemed to work. I started on Mounjaro about 10 months ago, and I've said goodbye to another 80 pounds! That's over 120 total. This has been a complete life changer, and I am so thankful for this medicine.

Amazing progress! I want to drop a similar amount, so this is great to see. I'm losing weight more gradually... I've lost about 75 pounds in almost 14 months. Also, were you at the Houses of Parliament?

My sincere congratulations on your incredible transformation. The 'after' photo is just stunning. I'm sure it took a lot of commitment. I commend your efforts and the results you've achieved.

I'm also losing weight. Good luck to you as you move forward.

You guys using 'stones' really undersell it! 8.5 sounds so small. That's 119 freaking pounds!!! Great job!!!

How did you FEEL when you saw the difference in the pics? They look so natural. Amazing!

You look fantastic!

And I would say that the first pic looks like an aviation conference, if I ever saw one. I've been to many of those! ;)

You honestly look fabulous in both the before and after photos. Congratulations on your progress!

Great results! And I want to say, you looked great in the 'before' picture too. Your makeup is beautiful and bold. Don't lose that!

I feel this! I started my journey back in April and knew I was shrinking... but didn't really *see* it until I compared some pics. It's wild. Congrats! FAQ

That's a very common story. GLP-1s like Mounjaro are a game changer for people who have metabolic resistance. It's not just about willpower; sometimes your body needs help!

I'm about 8 weeks in, and I've dropped around 30 pounds. I'm on the highest dose now, but I'm thinking I may need to dial it back. Has anyone else noticed that people don't comment on your weight loss? I feel like I'm imagining it!

It's often considered impolite to comment on someone's weight. People may have noticed but are hesitant to say anything. Bring it up yourself if you'd like to talk about it.
