Down 100lbs, still going strong!

Hey everyone! Just hit the big 5-0. Still keeping up with my maintenance and hitting the gym. Had some life stuff happen - job loss, a couple of surgeries - but I'm holding steady around 170lbs after dropping a full 100. And honestly? I don't always eat the cleanest!

Thanks for posting! Just a reminder about the rules here - no discussing or offering to sell unapproved meds, and be careful about responding to unsolicited messages.

I feel you on the 'eating like trash' thing, Thin-Possible! My trainer says it's cool as long as I'm hitting my protein goals and keeping it mostly in check. Diets are so pre-GLP-1, am I right?

I'm so happy for you, Thin-Possible! It's amazing how much these meds can change lives. I saw a post recently where someone lost almost 200lbs in a year. Pretty inspirational stuff!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Means a lot. To answer some questions... NoShortcuts, it kinda slowed down after the first year, needed to adjust my dose. Carb_Update, maintenance dose is still being tweaked, but lower than my max, for sure.

It really is life-changing stuff. I'm about 5 months in and down 60lbs myself! The biggest thing for me is just not having that constant food noise in my head.

That's been my experience too. The lack of cravings is just unreal. Makes it so much easier to make better choices.

Look for mandelic or salicylic acids. Sunscreen minimum 30, mineral type works better for me though mixing takes effort on darker tones. Chemical sunscreens perform just as well. Main thing: stay consistent with weight loss and fix insulin resistance if you've got it. Go low and slow with acids, nothing above 8 percent to start.
