I'm thrilled with my progress! I actually dipped into the very low 140s at one point. Started this whole thing back in the summer of '23, and by autumn last year, I'd shed a whole 111 pounds. Changed how I eat, hit the gym like clockwork, and stayed the course.

Tenacity, diligent effort, staying power, dedication, and wanting it BADLY are what you need!

If I managed this, anyone is capable! ❣️

You are a STAR! You're looking amazing and I'm sure you're feeling even better! Great job sticking with it for so long - all your hard work paid off big time!!!

Girl. GIRL. I am speechless. You had a lovely face to begin with, and talk about a glow up - just look at you! You did that. I am so happy for you.

I love the little hint of a smile in the second pic that seems to say, "Yeah, I know I look good!"

When I quickly saw your title I thought I saw May '25 to July '25 and it stopped me in my tracks. Anyway well done you look fab x

Thanks for the inspiration! Any advice for someone just starting out? Did you stall at any point? If so, how did you push past it? Did you follow a specific nutrition plan?

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Cellxx To answer your questions, yes, I did have stalls. When that happened, I'd tweak my diet a bit – maybe cut carbs further or increase my protein. I also made sure I was drinking enough water. As for a specific plan, I focused on whole, unprocessed foods and portion control. It's all about finding what works for you and staying consistent!

It's incredible how life-changing these meds can be.

I had a terrible time getting coverage at first. Even with borderline diabetes and heart issues, my insurance denied GLP coverage multiple times! Compounded versions didn't do much for me. It was only when I switched to Medicare that I finally got approved. Now starting my 3rd month!
