Start weight of 211 back on April 15th. Now I'm at 199! A dozen pounds gone. It's been four months, a real crawl, but progress is progress! Super stoked. I'm on the low and slow plan, and nobody's even noticed, but I feel fantastic.

That is my next aim! I've been marking it off in 10 lb chunks for myself and today I'm at SW 222, aim is 160, and now CW 209. Been on it for 3 weeks!

Feels amazing, right??

Listen, peeps, the weight loss is gradual and reasonable, but I was on another program before and I would go to bed in terrible hunger. It was awful for me. I bombed. I'm not dealing with that with this med. I just go to bed. No hunger. No cravings. I feel great and I'm dropping weight and eating healthy, plus I'm walking a couple miles every day. I am very proud. I’m also proud of all of you. Doesn’t matter if you drop 10 pounds, you're doing it.

Thank you for posting that! I started June 14th at 209, and this morning clocked in at 198.9, and I've been so bummed at how slow it's going, but this is a good reminder that we ARE moving forward! My ultimate goal is 140 (I'm 5'4") so still got a ways to go, but we'll make it!

I know, right!!! Since late March I've shed like 30 lbs. Didn’t think this was possible. It’s so exciting, with this med I feel like a normal person for the first time in my life. You go! Keep at it.

Congrats! I hit 189 this AM! I started at 220 and had already lost 20 on my own, putting me at 200 when I started sema in late June 2024. I think I’m a slow loser, but I’m just now at .5 and about to go up. I’m hoping for more success soon! I’ll be estatic when I get to 150-160!

CONGRADULATIONS!
I'm with you! Started May 2nd. SW 206 CW 198. Starting the highest dose Thursday. I'm fighting the fatigue, heartburn, and nausea for about 3 days after my injection. Still have hope. Thanks to folks like you who post. Thank you! ☺️

I think it's more than just weight, too. My knees used to KILL me, to the point where I was popping ibuprofen all the time, and it barely helped. Now? Nothing! More energy, too!

I don’t care if you’re losing 20 pounds a month or 6 pounds a month. You’re doing it.

Exactly! It's a game of inches, not yards! We are all getting healthier one step at a time!!
