Down 120+ lbs on Ozempic!

Hi everyone! I started at 279 lbs, and now I'm down to 157. I'm 5'9" and 37 years young. Started on Ozempic around mid-December 2023.
 
That's incredible progress! Congrats!

I'm curious, do you have a lot of loose skin? That's a worry of mine, possibly needing surgery down the road.
 
I started at 274 lbs about half a year ago. My target is 150. Currently at 220 and feeling fantastic. I'm a 54-year-old female, 5'4".
 
Wow 🤩 You're just a tad younger, an inch taller, and started close to my starting weight! Thanks for the inspiration!
 
Thanks everyone for the kind words! It's been a journey! To answer some questions:

* Yes, I meant Dec 2022! My bad!
* I do have some loose skin, but it's not as bad as I feared. Hoping exercise will help.
* I try to eat healthy and walk every day. Nothing too crazy!
 
I started sema in January of this year, on my 33rd birthday. Was around 325, now down to 245. No real goal, just wanna feel better. I'm 5'10". This med has been a game changer.

Congrats! That's amazing. I'm mainly hoping to quiet the food noise. Lost a bunch of weight last year, but gained some back because of that darn noise!
