Down 120 lbs - Sharing my success!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm aiming for 100lbs lost myself! I'm bouncing around the high 90s, but I can tell my clothes are getting way too big. It feels good!

Just 20 lbs from my target weight at 9 months in. Getting out of the obese category on my medical records is huge - that label follows you everywhere in the ER and clinics. Congrats on hitting your own goal!

So thrilled for you and grateful you shared. I started at the same weight two months ago, hoping to get where you are.

committed to using it as a tool and did everything—tracked everything, exercised, drank water. started november 2024. now i'm 98 pounds lighter and 2 away from goal. never thought this was possible.

It's great to find something that actually works. Posts like this help a lot of people realize they're not alone in making that choice.

That kind of transformation takes real sustained effort - it's not the medication doing all the work, it's everything that runs alongside it. People who think it's easy haven't thought much about what it actually takes. You should absolutely be proud of this.

Non-food rewards for milestones is actually one of the underrated mindset shifts - you're training yourself to separate achievement from eating at the same time you're working on the relationship with food. 120 lbs is incredible.

265 lbs is such a remarkable number to land on when you started somewhere much higher. The last bit often does feel easier once the momentum is built and the habits are locked in. So much to be proud of here.

Running right around 1 percent of starting weight lost weekly. That's genuinely right on target. Might help to recalibrate expectations toward something realistic so this doesn't feel disappointing when it's actually going really well.
