Had some client presentations, then zipped over to the amusement park, and I'm actually enjoying taking pics now! But all this extra skin set off extra security at TSA. LOL.

Still got a ways to go, but I feel so much stronger and more ready to go all the way. This has been a real game changer.

Wow... gives me a lot of hope... 💚💚💚💚

That seems like more than just a 15% reduction... really, really great!!

I'd be really interested to know what else you did with the medication to achieve this. 💚💚

I just started... and it was prescribed primarily to hopefully combat the constant inflammation in my body. Also, my doctor and I are hoping that I'll be one of the people who experience a positive effect on MCAS from it, together with a new anti-histamine to stabilize mast cells.

And, we're hoping it will also kickstart my metabolism... in addition to the usual effects.

Of course, I'm also hoping it does what it typically does for most people... as all the aforementioned issues (and others I'm not even mentioning) have somehow prevented me from shedding weight so far, and I really, really need to. It's at a lifetime high right now, and I can barely walk without using a crutch.

I have a lot of hope riding on this... that's why I'm so thankful for any tips about how to help it along.

I would be incredibly grateful for any advice... 💚💚

Woo Hoo

Can you explain the TSA thing? My husband often travels with a colleague who gets extra screening almost every time, but my husband never does. Could weight or skin folds be a factor?

You look amazing! Congrats! 👏🏼👏🏼

Did you notice any hair thinning?
Hair loss can sometimes occur with rapid weight loss, regardless of the method. Ensure you're getting enough protein and essential nutrients. Consult with your doctor or a registered dietitian for personalized advice.

Wanted to add that it's also important to manage stress levels, as stress can contribute to inflammation and hinder weight loss efforts. Gentle exercises like yoga or meditation can be helpful. True_Coffee330

That's great advice, thank you! I've been trying to incorporate more mindfulness and gentle movement into my daily routine.
