Down 121 lbs... whew!

You're a real inspiration! I just started on a GLP-1 at a low dose three days ago. I have a long way to go too, and these before-and-after pics are super motivating! Thanks for sharing!
 
I agree with Snack-Dude. It's really helpful to see these progress pics. I'm also just starting out. What I appreciate is the honest timeframe. I saw a post not long ago where someone lost half their weight, and it was really inspiring to hear it took over two years. Gives me a more realistic expectation.
 
I completely agree with keeping up with progress photos.

I'm curious for those of you who are seeing good results... How much exercise are you incorporating? I'm in my 30s and I keep hearing it's going to be nearly impossible to lose weight even with a GLP-1 if I don't hit the gym constantly.
