That's awesome work, dude! Hope you're as happy as we are for you. That's a huge accomplishment. I'm only down like 45lbs after 14 months.

We need details! Starting weight, goal weight, exercise, diet, side effects - your pictures are really inspiring!

Okay, okay, I'll spill! SW was around 360, current weight is about 230, goal is another 30-40lbs. I try to walk most days, nothing crazy. Diet is mostly just smaller portions and more protein. Some nausea at first, but it's mostly gone now.
 
That's incredible progress! You're doing it the right way with the gradual changes. I've been on this for about 5 months now and I've only lost 8 pounds, but I've definitely noticed a change in my appetite and cravings.
