I had to splurge on some new duds! I haven't worn a size 6 in ages! Feeling better in my own skin and my knees don't ache as much. My body feels less inflamed.

Thanks for posting! Just a reminder, we don't allow discussion of non-approved medications or selling of medications here. Please review the FAQ if you're new. This is just a reminder, not meant to discourage discussion.

Don't pay attention to the jerks in the comments. You look great! I hate that the only comment you had was from some miserable person trying to put you down. Congrats! We're all in this together.

Seriously, that's your progress in just a couple of months?! That's incredible! I'm feeling energized. I just started semaglutide at a low dose, and it feels gradual. Your post is super encouraging! 😊

I don't see any harsh comments! How could anyone say anything mean about your success? You're rocking it! You look fab! Don't slim down too much more, you're perfect right where you are!!

Congratulations! Seeing your progress is inspiring. I started sema a few weeks ago, and I've dropped about 5 pounds. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

Was it just the medication, or were you also exercising?
I'm trying to incorporate more walks into my daily routine.

I had a patient who has been on Mounjaro for a year and lost 61 lbs! He went from needing a cane to walking without one! He also needed less pain medication and felt more energetic! It's not just about the pounds lost, but the overall health improvements too.

That's amazing, HeartCoffee! It's great to hear success stories like that. I've dropped about 37 pounds since I started sema last fall. My starting weight was 225, and now I'm at 188! My goal is another 23 pounds. I'm starting to feel like myself again.
