Down 140! After 2.5 yrs...

Seriously amazing. The level of long-term commitment and dedication isn't easy. Enormous congratulations for 30 months of diligence and proving what can happen.

I'm really hoping I can drop some more weight and look half as good as you do.
I'm on a similar path and agree! I've only managed to lose around 30 pounds this year. But my cholesterol results are great now, and my A1c is way better!

Thanks everyone! To answer the question I've gotten a few times, it was a slow and steady process. Lots of dietary changes and regular walks at first. Now I'm incorporating more serious exercise, weights and stuff. It's all about finding what works for you.

Never gone past 5 days without a dose—the hunger's too much lol. Love eating. Actually dosed early the other day trying to avoid brownies I'd made, woke up wasted from the overload, then ate a massive brownie anyway. Maybe I need a dual agent.

rotator cuff improved 90% with PT and peptides over 6 weeks. recovery's relative to each person, but the peptides made a difference for me. (surgery is bigger than PT work though.) don't know about tissue repair meds but something like cartilage support might help too.
