Down 145lb! OMG!

My eating habits have totally changed, and I keep a food diary, which is easier now that I have a better idea of the calories in most foods. I also walk daily. But I don't think I could have done any of this without the medication. It fixed most of the issues that made me gain weight, and it helped me understand that I had B.E.D., which led to a diagnosis. I was so oblivious to my problems. The dress in the pics is actually the same, but in the before pic it was too small so I wore it as a skirt instead.

I still need to lose another 130 or so, but I'm more than halfway there, so I'm hopeful. I think I need to look at the before photo more often, because it's hard to see the difference sometimes, but seeing them side by side is a wake-up call.

You look wonderful! I'm just starting this medication journey, but I can't wait to have a defined jawline again. Yours looks stunning, lol.

Congrats, you look fantastic!! Did your weight plateau at any point? I started around 320lbs and now I’m at 230lbs, but I’ve been stuck here since March😩. Help! I'm on the highest dose, 2ml weekly. It's so frustrating. My A1C is great, but I want to get down to 180lbs so I don't need so much medication..

Congrats!

I have an old pair of jeans that I used to wear when I weighed 350, with all the repairs I did to the seams because my thighs had ripped them. Now that I'm at my goal of 150, I sometimes bring them to support group meetings, and I can fit both legs into one leg of those jeans.

Okay, I've seen enough to convince me. So, how does it work? Do you just walk into the doctor's office and ask for the shot?

Amazing!!! Just look at you. This is a real success story. Thanks for sharing. These posts motivate me and keep me focused. You should be so proud. Congrats!

Don't worry, you'll reach your goal eventually. It took me almost a year, but I've dropped about 65 pounds. It comes off gradually!

I'm always happy to see transformations like this.

I feel the same way! It's hard to see the changes in yourself sometimes. Keep going!

It's best to schedule an appointment to discuss your medical history and weight loss goals with your doctor. They can determine if it's the right solution for you and explain potential side effects.

long-term you gotta change how you eat. this med helps start the journey, but it can't be the whole answer. the satiety signal matters most — if you're not getting told to stop, you'll overeat.

in my experience the first pounds drop fast and hard, then it slows way down and gets gradual. have the scales just stopped moving these last couple weeks or is it slower? also—are you eating more or noticing more food noise coming back?
