Just got back from seeing my doc, and she is over the moon. I am too, naturally! Still a ways to go, but I feel like I can actually achieve my goals with the meds.

Lost 154 pounds in a little over eight months. Mounjaro has really been a game changer!

So glad to see another really positive post. You, sir, are truly inspiring. You've essentially lost an entire person—take a moment to really let that sink in. No miracle cure can accomplish that alone; you seem so much more vibrant now. I hope your journey keeps going well!
 
Fantastic work!! Congrats on the amazing progress so far!!!! You're definitely going to be around for your kiddo as they get older!! What an amazing example you are. Pretty soon, that 533 will drop to 433, and then to 233. I'm at -113 but it's been a longer haul. Wishing you all the best!!!
 
You've got this, friend. You look years younger and you've definitely added years to your life now, too. Well done 👍
 
For anyone finding progress 'slow,' remember that a consistent loss, even if it's just a pound a week, adds up significantly over time. Slower is healthier in a lot of ways. Less muscle loss, less hair loss. Keep at it!
