Down 150lbs - What a journey!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Friend of mine hit this wall and we researched it with her doctor. Fix is rotating drugs every 8 months (maybe shorter cycles work too). She switched to the second one, then to a third kind, now back on the first at max dose monthly for maintenance. Started working again after the swap. Might be worth bringing to your doctor.

triple-check your dilution math with bac and your dose on a calculator. biggest mistake with grey-market glps is dosing wrong—puke for a week if you accidentally do 10x. label the vial with the dose and bac amount.

150 is incredible — congrats. Quick question if you don't mind sharing: what did your maintenance dose end up at, and did you stay on it indefinitely or wean off? I'm 30 lbs from goal on tirz and trying to figure out whether to plan a taper or settle into a long-term lower dose. Doctor isn't pushing either way, leaving the call to me.

I did pretty much the same: I dropped 50 pounds solo, down to 126, a healthy number for me, female, 5'6, with strict eating and training, hugely disciplined. Then I slipped, and 5-7 pounds crept back each year. Once I hit 155, an article about a woman losing 30 pounds on Mounjaro made me think I would try a small boost. Getting it was simple, although costly. Fifteen pounds later I chose not to stay on lifelong meds, stopped, and within 6-8 weeks the 15 was back, along with 5 extra. Unless you want it for life, I would lean on lifting and extra protein instead.
