Down 179 lbs in 100 weeks!

Stats when I began: 315lbs, 44 - 46 - 56

Stats today: 136lbs, 29 - 28 - 38

My BMI has gone down from 54 to 22. Body fat went from 64% to 26%. I didn't have diabetes before, but my Alc is 5.0 & all my bloodwork looks amazing. Dress size has changed from 24W to a size 2/4, and shirts from 3X to XS. This is the first time in my life I'm not considered overweight.

This is exactly what I'm aiming for - thanks for the motivation! I'm on week 74 and need to lose another 80 lbs, so I doubt I'll get there in 100 weeks, but I'm hoping I'll get there eventually.

This is so inspiring. So many people are quick to say you can't lose that much weight and be healthy. This post was just what I needed. Your transformation makes this journey seem more possible. You look healthy, strong and happy

Can you share any tips, what worked, what didn't, what you ate, etc!! I'm very interested!
For me, the biggest thing was listening to my body. I didn't follow any specific diet, but I focused on eating smaller portions and stopping when I felt full. Staying hydrated was also key, as was getting enough sleep. Good luck on your own journey!

If you get a chance, look for non-scale wins too! I was digging through my closet the other day and found a cool pair of rain boots I bought a few years ago but my calves were too big to even zip 'em up. WELL - they fit now! It's such a great feeling!
