Wow, that's amazing! I'm about 5 pounds heavier than you were when you started. I've lost about 25 pounds in about 5 months using sema and 65 pounds in total!

How much time did this take you? I've been on sema for about 7 weeks and I've only lost perhaps 3 pounds (it goes up and down) and I need some motivation. I weigh roughly the same as you when you started your weight loss journey.

Don't feel bummed. I felt the same way beginning my journey with a different GLP-1. It took about 2 months before my appetite was truly suppressed. Now, I'm down 40 pounds and aiming for 20 more!

I'm starting my first injection of 0.3mg today. I don't feel any different and am pretty bummed because I'm ready for the nausea and not wanting to snack. My doctor put me on it because my endocrine system is acting up and I can't seem to lose weight. I'm hoping this will start curbing my appetite and my need for sugar!

WOW!!!!!! 🤯 Congratulations! You look amazing! Any tips on how to avoid loose skin?

I've heard that strength training while you lose the weight helps a lot with that. Building muscle underneath can fill out some of the space that the fat used to occupy.
