You did all the hard work! Your patience and dedication paid off, and you look incredible! So thrilled for you! 🥰

Did you hit any plateaus along the way, or did the food cravings ever come back? I've lost a little over 90 pounds, but I've been stuck around 162-166 for the last couple of months, and the food noise is loud. I'm still working out 3-4 times a week, though.

You mentioned wanting to get toned. Just jump right in – you'll see results fast with your current diet. A simple routine is all you need; just stick with it. I do about 45 minutes of dumbbell curls, chest presses, tricep extensions, sit-ups, and goblet squats three times a week. I've been seeing great results just by lifting heavier and staying consistent. You can totally do the same. You've already done the hardest part.

I bet you feel fantastic! Beautiful! I'm in a similar boat, started in mid-April and I'm down about 25 pounds. What dose did you eventually reach, and did you increase it every month?

For me, it was a pretty gradual increase, but everyone is different. Don't rush it – listen to your body and work with your doctor.

I hear ya about the plateaus

To Goals - from what I've read, plateaus are pretty common. Some people try changing up their diet, increasing their protein, or trying different exercises to get things moving again.
I might try upping the protein. Thanks! Maybe that will shock my system.
