Down 190+ lbs! Staying on .25?

Hi everyone! I began at 460 lbs around mid-January '25. As of today, late November '25, I'm down to 268. I actually just reduced my dose back to 0.25 mg.

Just wanted to say excellent progress! And yes, maintaining on a lower dose if possible is a great strategy!

Incredible! I've been off for several months, and it's difficult. Have a solid plan for when you stop taking it. You've made huge progress, and it's evident in your appearance. Hold onto that feeling! I'm thinking about going back on a small dose just for upkeep because it seems impossible otherwise.

For those of you just starting, don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't move immediately. I've seen some people take a few weeks to really respond to the medication. Stay consistent!

I agree with Mindy. Also, tracking what you eat (even if it's just for a week or two) can be super helpful to identify hidden calories or trigger foods.

This is so important! Muscle atrophy is real if you don't focus on protein and resistance training. Maintain that muscle mass!

I've heard from a few patients that they feel much better overall with even a small amount of weight loss. Congrats to OzempicFace for achieving such a significant change! Keep up the fantastic work!
