Down 190+ lbs! Staying on .25?

Dosing calculators mostly just help you figure out how much liquid to mix with your powder, then divide it up for shots. Don't need a special calculator for pens vs syringes—just check what your pen actually is. Most are u-100 but worth verifying.

Low-dose HGH (0.5-2 IU daily) never made sense to me. Most people only feel results around 3-4 IU. People say it's for skin, hair, anti-aging—sure, HGH helps—but GHKCU does the same for half the price and half the side effects. What am I missing?

Steady loss from January to August then holding at exactly 185 for 7 months is a form of maintenance that arrived naturally rather than intentionally. The OP at 460 to 268 in the same timeframe is a different scale but the same medication doing its job. Still holding the weight while off is the positive version of this story.

0.25 for 5 months and 47 lbs is the argument for staying conservative on the dose as long as it's still working. 65 total across three steps is impressive movement without chasing the higher doses. The OP at 460 to 268 is the full version of what patient titration looks like over the long run.

250 to 183 at 0.50 and still losing is the case for not changing what's working. The OP at 460 to 268 is a different starting weight and the mechanisms scale - but the principle of staying at the lowest effective dose is the same. If the loss is still happening at 0.50, there's no reason to move up yet.
