Down 2 Stones - Feeling Fab!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Congrats on the weight loss! To answer MacroRN's question about where to obtain semaglutide, be sure you are getting it from a legitimate source and that it is FDA-approved to ensure you are getting a safe and effective product. There are many online options, but doing your research is key!

I started on Wegovy a few months back. After kids, losing weight felt impossible, no matter what I tried. Wegovy, along with healthy eating and some strength training, has made a huge difference. I still want to lose a bit more, but I'm feeling really positive for the first time in ages! It feels good to finally see results after so much effort.

That's amazing FTW! So glad to hear it is working for you and you're feeling hopeful. I'm just starting out, so these stories are so encouraging

One month on Ozempic and I'm down about 10lbs. I know some of that is probably water and because I've been eating fewer calories... but progress is progress. I've had basically zero side effects, which is great. Sometimes it feels like it might be placebo effect!

if you're aiming for 200+ lbs loss, take it one day at a time. so many non-scale wins as you hit different weight brackets - fitting in arm chairs then buying small clothes. long path but try to make it fun.

Morbid to obese to overweight is actually the clinical milestone progression that matters most even when it doesn't show up in a before/after photo. 2 stones to go with that trajectory already confirmed is the close stretch where the pace tends to feel slowest but the goal is the most real it's ever been. How long has it taken to get here from the start?

Ahh, definitely made a real difference. Still got quite a bit further to go personally though, and staying on this because of diabetes, but totally get how a stone gone could be motivating enough to step away.

Happy to help.
