Down 2 Stones! My GLP-1 Journey

Started hitting the gym alongside my weight-loss medication, and for the first time ever, I'm actually enjoying working out and eating better. Feels unreal!

Here's my routine: Tracking steps with my Fitbit, shooting for 7 hours of sleep nightly, and weight lifting 3 times a week. I started with some basic routines, then used a free AI workout generator, and now I'm doing AMRAP. I track my sets with a workout app and my diet in a calorie tracker. It sounds intense, but it's truly been worth it. I spent the first month focused on steps and lifting before really getting into nutrition. Definitely not easy, but I really feel like a new person.

You're looking amazing! You're definitely responding really well to your medication. Congrats!

Wonderful effort! I've read so many posts from people saying it isn't working. Effort is required; then the medication can do its job. So inspirational!

I wish I'd kept a pair of my old jeans... I gave everything away.

Wait, OP, by 30 pounds down, do you mean you've lost 30 pounds, or you still need to lose 30 pounds?

You look great. A weight loss of 30 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, yet it's not a huge amount. Seems like a total transformation. Good for you.

Keep up the muscle-building exercises. It's important to maintain muscle mass during weight loss. Don't just focus on the scale!
