Down 20+ lbs already!

Okay so, I jumped on this train December 26th after my mom's coworkers wouldn't shut up about this medication over Christmas dinner and I was intrigued. I've been struggling with my weight and my constant food cravings for basically my entire life. I've never been skinny, never been at my goal weight, and honestly I'm not even sure what that looks like ON ME but I'm excited to find out.

This morning, the number on the scale was enough to make me cry tears of happiness.

I'm finally getting somewhere, and it's only been a few weeks.

I used to be so hesitant to start because I'd feel bad that I didn't start sooner, which is so dumb and kept me from doing it. But I'm here now, actually trying my best, eating healthier, exercising, and trying to take care of myself like I should have been all along.

Thanks for sharing for all of us who are trying to lose weight with medication!

That's a LOT of weight and it's a HUGE deal!

I gotta say, seeing these wins is keeping motivated! I'm only down like, 8 pounds in a month. But I know it adds up. Keep going!

I'm so close to onederland, I can taste it! Started around 270 and change this year, and I'm so ready to get below 200. Zappy Health has been great support too.
