Want to be 250, but dreaming of 200!

Basically zero sweets, less than 25g of carbs per day, plus working out. What a journey it's been. Sticking to that way of eating has been a real challenge, but it's clearly helped.

Wow!!!! You are doing an amazing job!!! Looking fabulous!! 🤩

This medication is truly incredible!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Major congratulations to you‼️

Incredible! I also stick to a really low-carb diet, and people definitely don't get how much work it takes to stay compliant. You should be incredibly proud of yourself! 👏👏👏

What a truly amazing success! GLP-1 meds really give people their lives back. Enjoy every moment – you've worked so hard to get here. Congratulations! 🙌 🙌

I've been getting really good results by focusing on WHAT I eat, not just how much. If I'm gonna spend the money and time on this, I want the BEST results. Anyone else?

Totally! I've been playing around with super high-protein, lower-calorie meals. Check this out: I make chili-lime nachos with Quest chips (140 cals, 20g protein), ground turkey breast (140 cals, 28g protein), low-fat mozzarella (70 cals, 8g protein), and a little light sour cream (35 cals, 2g protein).

Wow, those nachos sound amazing! Thanks for the tip. Gotta try that!
