Down 20lbs and feeling fantastic!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
stopped ozempic almost a year ago. I eat balanced & healthy most of the time but feel like my body gains fat way faster than it used to. anyone else notice this after stopping?

saw a study about stop-and-start cycles with these meds. basically once you pause and restart, your body builds resistance and doesn't respond the same way. so if you're on it, consistency is everything. can't just take breaks and expect the same results.

20 lbs is a genuine shift - that kind of early progress usually means the medication found your dose.

the retroactive flagging pattern is one of Instagram's more frustrating content management behaviors - the delay between post and action means you get notified about something from months ago and have to reconstruct what was in it and why it might have been flagged. posts that reference medications by name or include dosing information tend to be the ones that eventually trigger automated review, even when the content was originally within the rules at time of posting

20 pounds is a solid foundation and the feeling-fantastic observation is often the leading indicator before the bigger changes - energy, sleep, and day-to-day comfort tend to improve before the scale numbers catch up to where people want them. good start

Yeah, that's literally what you wrote yourself.

Don't need the whole world knowing I'm using weight loss medication.

Honestly makes me deeply uncomfortable

because lying about it felt strange too.

Your whole message reads like justification, uncomfortable and anxious just talking about it out loud. If you truly didn't care deep down, none of that discomfort would even cross your mind.
