Down 22lbs in 3 months!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
No doubt in my mind that insulin resistance was mine. Forty pounds of menopause weight came off. My view is that metabolic trouble underlies plenty of menopause complaints. I take a little dhea and feel no need for HRT. Dropping from BMI 30 to 24 evened me out across the board.

Congrats, that's awesome! My BMI's still high too, and insurance wanted proof of sleep apnea or cardiovascular issues, neither of which I have, or prediabetic status with a step plan. My sugar landed right at the cutoff, around 6.8, so I got metformin, and a month later I wasn't prediabetic anymore. Now I'm worried my BMI alone won't carry the renewal since it only runs twelve months. So I got strategic with my doctor, telling her every two weeks the current dose was working and I was ready to step up, which got a new script each time. I'm sitting on a spare month of 2.4 plus three unopened months of 7.2, staying on 2.4 so that 7.2 is backup if insurance cuts off. The 2.4 has been rough with intense hunger early on for about two weeks, but it's easing now.
