Hey everyone!

So, I'm about 9 weeks in and feeling pretty good. Maybe not seeing a HUGE change in the mirror yet (though, maybe a little?), but the numbers are definitely moving!

I'm 27, 5'3"

Started at 201 lbs, now I'm 174.4 lbs.

That's about 26 lbs or so, or 1.9 stone/12kg-ish.

And I've lost around:
- 4 inches off bust
- 4.3 inches off waist
- 4.3 inches off hips
- 1.6 inches off thigh
- 2 inches off arm

It might not be super visible in pics, but I feel a noticeable difference. Luckily, I've had very few side effects so far.

Here's what I've been doing:
- Basically no alcohol (had some when it was my bday but that is IT so far this year)
- Eating healthier
- Chugging water
- My ADHD-related dopamine cravings are a bit harder to manage, less impulsive spending.
- Feeling mentally sharper.
- No meat or fish at all (used to only eat meat when eating out, wanted to be fully veggie!).
- Fitting back into my older jeans (need a smaller belt!).

Life is easier now!

Still aiming for about 35 lbs to go, so not even halfway there, but happy to be seeing progress. Hoping to be around 160 lbs for my vacation in about 6 weeks, we'll see what happens!

(I've done 7 weeks at 2.5mg and 2 weeks at 3.75mg so far)

Just wanted to chime in and say that even a pound or two lost a week is still progress. Don't get discouraged if you aren't losing as quickly as others. It's not a race, and slow and steady is often healthier for your body!

15 lbs at 9 weeks is awesome! The pants-falling-down problem is the best problem to have honestly. I'm also around 9 weeks and just hit a similar number - feels like things are really rolling now.
