It might not seem like a massive difference, but I'm genuinely thrilled with how my stomach looks now! Before, I felt awful about myself in photos and looking in the mirror. Now, I have so much more confidence and appreciate my body more :)

You're slightly below my current weight, which is incredibly motivating! I see such a noticeable difference in your midsection, legs, and ankles. Never downplay your achievements. You're killing it! How long did this all take?

Awesome work, OP! That's a major accomplishment. How long did it take you to achieve this?

Yeah, I'm curious about the timeline too. I started my GLP-1 journey about six months ago, and I've only managed to lose around 15 pounds. It's a marathon, not a sprint, but info helps!

For me, it's been roughly 7 months. I've had some plateaus and ups and downs, but overall it's been a consistent downward trend. Mostly, I try to make better food choices and walk more. Nothing crazy!

It's inspiring to see these transformations! I've been on GLP-1s for about a year and a half now, and I'm down around 45 pounds. The weight loss has been gradual, but I've really appreciated the journey. It's about building sustainable habits, not just quick fixes!

I completely agree. Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to weight loss. Rapid weight loss can often lead to muscle loss and is less likely to be maintained long-term.
