Down 29, feeling fine!

most people wait for third-party test results unless they already trust the vendor. we're not worried about overfill — it's purity and what's actually in the vial. overfill/underfill is part of that check. for most people a 10% higher dose isn't a big deal anyway.

you know the answer lol. stay at 2.5. drug's doing what it should, you're getting the effects you want. no reason to change. biggest regret of my journey was moving up after a month. doc had me on traditional 4-week titration and i didn't know better. 2.5 was working. 8 months ago. been on 5 ever since, lost 31kg.

Had the same problem. Pretty sure my eating habits were the main culprit. Found an app for meal planning and structure that helped. Things improved and I'm doing fine now, feeling solid.

using a 13mm .22um needle. didn't catch that i still had 15 in the vial but the 10mg gave 45 units and 34mg gave 53. surprised nothing was left after 3 doses. gonna make sure i use higher concentrations.

174 to 145 is one of those transitions where the number crosses into a different category of how the body feels to carry around - the last 10 to 135 tend to feel like they take the longest even as the pace stays consistent.

Food aversions cycling on and off is common during active loss - chicken being the most reported trigger is so consistent it shows up in every side effect thread. The 10 lbs to goal is the stretch where pace slows and patience pays.
