Down 3 stone - feeling good!

Okay, so back in early spring '23, I was at my absolute heaviest – around 330lbs, squeezing into a size 26 or even 28. That picture just mortified me. But now? I'm down to about 292lbs and rocking a size 20 dress! When I kicked things off, I was around 325lbs and a size 24/26, so there is a BIG difference. Still got a way to go, but I'm finally starting to like what I see. Haven't let anyone snap a full-body shot since that awful green dress pic… until now!

WOW! You look fab in both pictures. Your progress is amazing. This stuff is a real game-changer. I get the picture thing. I don't even have social media accounts because I hated how I looked. Didn't even own a full-length mirror! But now, after dropping about 30lbs, I'm okay with photos and even have a mirror!

Whilst I’ve still got a long way to go and weight to lose, I am so thankful that I am finally liking what I look like.

Only 12 weeks and you already look like a different person! That's spectacular. Congrats!

You're gorgeous, and that green dress looked amazing on you! It's your color for sure! Big congrats on losing weight and feeling better!

It's amazing what can happen when you combine medication with lifestyle changes. I've also started using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). Seeing how food impacts my blood sugar has been really insightful.

That's interesting. I've considered a CGM. Does it really make a difference?
