Down 30+ lbs in ~4 months!

Probably eating too much. i lost steady 1.5 lbs/week but only at 1000-1200 cals. hormones all over the place too which messes with it. try dropping 100 cals a week til you hit 1-2 lbs loss. also pre-period water gain used to hide my loss for 3 weeks then boom 4 lbs in one week.

30 lbs in about 4 months is right at the upper range of what GLP-1s produce in that window with good adherence. The DIY BAC approach works but the standard 0.9% benzyl alcohol concentration is worth confirming before reconstituting anything.

Anxiety resurfacing at month 5 is worth flagging with your prescriber - dose adjustment or schedule change can sometimes reduce it.

A1C improvement alongside weight loss at that pace is the combination that changes the long-term picture - the metabolic markers often respond faster than people expect when the weight comes off consistently. The forum search for injection pain is the right move, there are a lot of solved cases in the thread history.
