Started back in January. I'm 5'4, initial weight 195, now at 159, hoping to get near 135! Feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. My knees were constantly throbbing and I was popping ibuprofen like candy, which didn't even always help. Now, the pain is totally gone! My mood is better and I have way more energy. Excited to see where I end up!

That's amazing, that your knee pain is gone. I have some joint pain too... Did it take the full 6 months to notice that benefit?

It was pretty gradual, but I'd say I really noticed a difference around month 4? I didn't even realize how much it was affecting my life until it was gone!

For those of you just starting, don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't move right away. Slow and steady wins the race! I've been on this journey for almost a year, it can be done!

I'm so happy I started this journey. I've been paying out of pocket, which is a worry now that I'm retired. My insurance won't cover it. But the improvements to my blood pressure and cholesterol are worth it. My doctor was about to put me on meds for both! Plus, I'm back at the gym, trying to rebuild some muscle. I'm 67, so I'm not expecting miracles, but I feel so much better.

That's awesome! It's so expensive, but if it's keeping you off other meds I think its worth it.
