Down 30+ lbs!

Three months in, and I've managed to shed a bit over 30 pounds. Still got a ways to go, but I'm feeling good about the progress. Some weeks the scale just doesn't move. Started at 320, now at 288, aiming for 180. It's tough when you're bigger because it takes longer for others to notice, which can be a bummer, but I'm doing this for myself!

It's definitely working! The side profile shots show it clearly, but even in the front-facing pics, your face looks slimmer. Next time, try wearing the same outfit from your first photo. I bet they are already fitting much looser! Congrats, you're on your way!

Remember, it's about the *long-term* trend, not the daily fluctuations. I've had weeks of steady progress, then suddenly popped up 2-3 pounds. But overall, it's still trending down. Maybe I had some salty snacks and retained water, or maybe I just hadn't had my morning coffee yet lol. Try to weigh in under the same conditions to minimize the variables. Daily weighing can be a double-edged sword. Great when you see progress, but discouraging on those up days. Zoom out and look at the big picture. You can totally see the difference in your pics, BTW. Great work!

I shed over sixty pounds when I mysteriously lost my appetite during COVID. I think I'd lost well over 30 before anyone said anything. I guess it depends on our body type, or where we carry the weight? A friend dropped fifty on sema and needed all new clothes. I went down two pant sizes haha.

That's what I'm hoping for. I'm down about 105 pounds since early April. It's been life-changing!

OMG, amazing work! Are you exercising? I've lost about 35 since August, but I haven't been working out at all. My eating isn't always the best either.

I'm at my goal weight now, so hoping to maintain this and not bounce back. Gotta eat healthy and get some exercise! I was ravenously hungry when I tried to stop completely! Anyone else struggle with that?
